App Stuck in “Waiting for Review” for 5 Days and No Response from Apple Support

Hey everyone, my Maa Nest iOS app has been stuck in “Waiting for Review” for 5 days now. I've contacted Apple Developer Support multiple times via email but haven't received a single response, and phone support is currently unavailable.

Has anyone faced this recently? Is there any way to escalate the review or get in touch with the App Review team? We're a startup, and this delay is really affecting our launch. Any help would be appreciated! 🙏

Join the club, been trying to get it accepted since beginning of september. always refuse on one thing, fix it, back into the que, refuse it again on the next thing, fix it back into the que.

Now last submission from 2 oktober..

In the mean time my customers are screaming for it..

I am the same, I am day 9 now. I am the same in terms of start up etc. google apple developer expedite and fill in that form, maybe also try call. I have done both those, but I am still waiting.

Yes, I'm experiencing the same issue. My app has been stuck in "Waiting for Review" for four days since I submitted the additional information Apple requested.

Honestly, Apple should introduce an AI-based preliminary review system. It could help developers identify guideline violations and fix issues before submitting, making the review process faster and more transparent for everyone. It would save both Apple and developers a lot of time, especially for startups. Hope Apple considers this! 🙏

I've been stuck on no feedback for 14 days. This is very unusual, and I have completed support requests, escalations, expedited reviews, all on six different occasions, to zero feedback. Surely there has to be a number we can call?

Mine has been stuck for almost two weeks too. They were very quick to reject it, taking less than 24 hours, but ever since I provided everything they asked for and made all the required changes, it hasn’t even been reviewed.

Honestly, it makes me want to cancel the submission and resubmit it, especially since I’ve already fixed everything they told me to.

We pay $99 every year for the Apple Developer Program, and waiting days without a review or any response from support is simply not acceptable. We're paying members and deserve clear communication and timely assistance. Many developers are facing the same issue. Apple needs to address this and provide a proper update instead of leaving developers waiting indefinitely.
