New app stuck in "Waiting for Review" since 2 October, expedite and status inquiry unanswered

Hello,

Our first App Store submission, Gript: Work Management (Apple ID 6817616886), version 2.0.0 build 19 for iOS, has been in "Waiting for Review" since 2 October 2026 with no change.

What we have done so far:

  • Sent an expedited review request the week of 5 October (coordinated launch, the Android version went live on Google Play on 7 October). No reply.
  • Filed an App Review Status inquiry on 12 October, case ID 102993775067. No reply yet.
  • Did not withdraw or resubmit, to keep our place in the queue.

There are no messages from App Review in App Store Connect. Could someone from Apple check whether anything is holding this submission, or escalate the case?
