App in "Waiting for Review" for 9 days after replying to a 2.1 information request (Case ID 102992359711)

My app parabôla (Apple ID 6818251165), version 1.0.0 build 3, was resubmitted on October 3 after I answered an information request under Guideline 2.1. It has shown "Waiting for Review" since then, with no new messages in App Store Connect.

I opened a support case on October 10 (Case ID 102992359711) and have had only the automatic receipt so far.

Could someone from App Review confirm the submission is in the queue, or tell me if something is blocking it? The demo account in the review notes is ready. Thank you.
