Apple Developer Program enrollment has been stuck in Pending since October 1, 2026.
The $99 membership payment was successfully processed and has fully settled. The Apple order page now shows “Enrollment Complete” and “Electronically Delivered,” but the Developer account remains Pending and we still do not have access to the Developer Program.
The order originally indicated that processing could take up to 48 hours, but it has now been seven days.
We have contacted Apple Developer Support and have open support cases, but I have not received any responses yet.
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
