Hello App Review team,
Our iOS app "Pockit: Save & Search Anything" (version 2.0.2, Apple ID 6819025107) was submitted on October 7, 2026 at 10:41 AM IST. It has been in "Waiting for Review" for 7 days.
In that time we have received no message, no update and no estimate. We sent a status inquiry through Contact Us on October 12 (Case ID 102993772847). No reply.
Apple says most apps are reviewed within 24 hours. We are at 7 days with no explanation. The review process is taking far too long, and the communication about its status is close to none.
The app is live on Google Play with real users, and our iPhone users are waiting for it. All agreements are accepted and there are no open issues on our side.
We are not asking for special treatment. We are asking for two things:
Review the app. Tell us its status. If anything on our side is holding it, tell us what, and we will fix it the same day.
