Individual enrollment stuck after Order Acknowledgement, never charged (Enrollment ID 83VVW3X9N9)

Hello,

I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program as an individual. I received an Order Acknowledgement for US$99 on October 7, 2026, and a second, identical one on October 8. My card was never charged, and my account page still says "Purchase your membership. To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now". I have not clicked that link again, to avoid creating a third order.

I contacted Developer Support by email on October 12 (case ID 102994463113) and have had no reply yet; the phone option is not offered for Program Enrolment.

Could someone from Apple please review the enrollment, complete one order and cancel the duplicate, or let me know what is needed from me?
