What is UserID "do"

Trying to install a third party application on

OSVersion 10.13

OSBuild 17A344b

The installation fails with "cannot be installed because there is a non-root user account with the UID 0 in your system."

I found /Users/do with UID 0. Any hints as to what the origin might be?
