Apple, this is unacceptable.
My app’s review process is approaching one month, and I’m frustrated by the delays and the lack of a clear, actionable explanation.
This has already had a real consequence: I couldn’t release my app in time for a hackathon submission. The work went into building it, but the release was held up by a process I had no control over.
And simply labelling my application “Spam” without properly explaining what specifically warrants that label is dismissive. If there’s a genuine issue, identify it.
Explain how the guideline applies to my app. Give me something concrete to address.
A vague label is not meaningful feedback. Leaving a developer waiting for weeks does not resolve anything.
Developers put serious time and effort into shipping products on your platform. We deserve a review process that treats that work with basic respect: clear communication, specific feedback, and timely decisions.
Apple, please review my app properly and provide a substantive response. This has gone on far too long.
