Our new app has been stuck in Waiting for Review for 10 days, and I'm hoping someone from App Review can help determine whether the submission is stuck in the review queue.
Timeline:
The initial submission received an automated rejection related to NSPhotoLibraryUsageDescription.
We corrected the purpose string and resubmitted less than 24 hours later.
Since resubmission, the app has remained in Waiting for Review for 10 days without moving to In Review.
We opened a Developer Support case, but the situation has not changed.
We also submitted an expedited review request, but the app is still Waiting for Review.
There are currently no outstanding issues or actions required from us in App Store Connect.
I understand review times can vary, but given the length of the delay and the fact that the previous rejection was automated and immediately resolved, I'm concerned that the resubmission may not have been correctly returned to the review queue.
Could someone from App Review please verify whether the submission is correctly queued or whether it may be stuck following the automated rejection?
I can provide the App ID, Submission ID, and Support Case ID privately if needed.
