Hello App Review team,
I would appreciate guidance on an iOS submission that has remained in Waiting for Review since October 1, 2026.

- Submitted: October 1, 2026 at 20:50, as displayed in App Store Connect
- Submission ID: 67bdf2aa-242c-4471-a612-7ce3b1492e76
- Support case: 102991181676
As of October 20, the submission still shows Waiting for Review. The submission details show no request for additional information or rejection message.
I contacted App Review Status support on October 9 and followed up in the same case on October 15. The follow-up also requested a call in Japanese if needed. I have received no substantive response or call appointment, and the case currently offers email as the contact method.
Could someone please advise whether there is an outstanding requirement that we can address, or how to obtain a manual status check from the appropriate App Review team? I can promptly provide any additional information needed.
