Could App Review help us resume review of House Rules: Party Games (App ID 6809593596, iOS 1.0 (7))?
- October 1: Submitted the current build.
- October 10: Apple requested a game index under Guideline 4.7.4. We supplied all requested titles, developer names, URLs, and a PDF 28 minutes later.
- October 15: Opened support case 102996822839.
- October 17: Followed up in the review thread.
- October 21: Requested escalation and callbacks through both support and the review thread. There has been no Apple reply in the review thread since October 10.
The submission remains Rejected / Unresolved Issues, and Resubmit to App Review is disabled.
For comparison, the corresponding Android release was submitted and published on Google Play in 12 minutes.
Nearly three weeks after submission, we still have no clear next step. Eleven days of silence after promptly supplying the requested information feels excessive and creates real helplessness and frustration.
Please confirm whether anything is missing and exactly what we need to do to resume review of the existing build.
