Can't enroll in developer program

Hi!

I've tried reaching out to support but I'm not getting any responses. It's been two days since I created my account and I've been trying to enroll in the development program ever since but I keep getting this error:

I don't know what the problem is nor what I can do to fix it. Please, can anybody help me?

That response looks like the enrollment request was rejected, but the 406 alone doesn't identify the cause. I would stop retrying for now and ask Developer Support to check the enrollment using the response ID and timestamp from the error. Include the country, whether you are enrolling as an individual or organization, and the exact step where it fails. Avoid posting personal or payment details here. If support confirms there is no account issue, try again later from the Apple Developer app or website.
