Our iOS app has been in Waiting for Review with no status change and no Resolution Center messages.

We requested expedited review today (26 Oct) and Apple confirmed: “We'll expedite review for Day1Work.” The submission is still Waiting for Review and has not moved to In Review.
We have also emailed the App Review / support team about five times and have received no response.
Membership, Paid Apps, tax, and banking are Active. There are no App Review messages asking for more info.
Could someone from App Review please check whether this submission (and the expedite) is correctly queued?
