We are trying to upload a new version and wanted to test it through Testflight. But for some reason, after uloading the build, when i click on 'missing compliance' alert and answer the questions (No, in my case), after that, i am unable to see the build in my testflight. i cannot even invite anyone to test the same.
Anyone facing this issue??

Same issue here. There are several posts on this forum lately about this. I wonder if iTunes Connect has an issue.
I'm seeing the same issue as well. Opened a ticket with Apple support so I guess we will see...
Not sure what changed but it is fixed now.

I had uploaded an IPA, but cannot see it in my testflight build selection.
