Organization enrollment stuck at "Please contact us" – Case 103007482908

Hello,

I'm trying to enroll my company in the Apple Developer Program as an organization, but my enrollment has been blocked since October 24.

During web enrollment, the "Confirm your personal information" step returned "The address you provided is not valid" for my address in Turkey. Since then, both the website and the Apple Developer app only show "Please contact us to continue your enrollment."

I opened case 103007482908 on October 24 and sent a follow-up on October 28, but I haven't received a response yet. Phone support has shown "temporarily unavailable due to high call volume" every time I tried.

We are experiencing almost exactly the same issue in India.

Our company is attempting to enroll in the Apple Developer Program as an organization.

On October 22, during personal information verification through the Apple Developer app, we encountered the error "Enter a valid address" despite providing a genuine residential address.

After attempting to correct the address formatting, enrollment became blocked with the message "Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program is under review. Please contact us."

We contacted Apple Developer Support on October 22 and received an automatic acknowledgement, but no substantive response as of October 29.

It is concerning that developers in different countries are experiencing such similar issues.

Has anyone received a solution from Apple, or successfully completed enrollment after encountering this error?
