Enrollment Pending since Oct 25 — no charge, no activation email

Hello,

I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program as an Individual on October 25, 2026 and received the order confirmation email, but my account is still showing “Pending” with no charge on my card and no activation email.

I’m an indie developer trying to launch my first app and this is really blocking me. I’ve already submitted a support ticket (Case ID: 103010565957) but haven’t heard back yet.

Enrollment ID: 4Z5Q37R73Q
Region: Greece
Payment: Mastercard

Could an Apple staff member please review my enrollment and escalate to the enrollment team for manual activation?

If anyone from the community has been through this and found a way to move things forward, I’d really appreciate the help. Thank you! 🙏
