My app went back into In Review on October 30 after a resubmission, and I haven't heard anything since. This is the second long wait for the same version: the first submission sat in In Review from October 13 for about two weeks (https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/853086), was then rejected, and I addressed the feedback and resubmitted.
