I cannot connect to the App Store on my iPad Pro 10.7". However, I can connect with my iPhone 7 Plus. This only started happening since I installed Build 7. I am not running a VPN.
I fixed it. I noticed that I was not being notified when there was a new beta build. When I went to Settings > General > Software Update, it said I was up to date, but I suspected that I wasn't. I reinstalled the beta profile from the downloads section here, re-checked Software Update and it now said I wasn't updated. Long story short, I updated to Build 7, restarted, and I now have access to the App Store.
