I know that in order to delete an app from itunesconnect that it must be removed from sales and also all IAP's must be removed from sale and I have done this successfully for many apps.
However, I have an app that was approved and live, I have removed from sale and it didn't ever have an IAP's, but it is in an app bundle. So I removed the bundle from sale too, but I do not get an option to delete app in the app information section. It only says, View on App Store, View Bundles, Transfer App options. I also tried to remove the app from the bundle, but iTunesConnect also does not allow us to do that.
Anyone know what can be done here to delete this app?
