5. 3 Legal: Gambling, Gaming, and Lotteries

Legal Preamble

Your app contains gambling content or facilitates, enables, or encourages gambling activity. This type of content is not legal in all of the locations where your app is available.

App concepts that are considered illegal are not allowed on the App Store.

Additional Information

We want to provide a safe experience for users to get apps and a great opportunity for all developers to be successful.

Deliberate disregard of the App Store Review Guidelines and attempts to deceive users or undermine the review process is a direct violation of section 3.2(f) of the Apple Developer Program License Agreement. Continuing to violate the Terms & Conditions of the Apple Developer Program will result in the termination of your account, as well as any related or linked accounts, and the removal of all your associated apps from the App Store.

If you believe we have misunderstood or misinterpreted the intent of your app, you may submit an appeal for consideration or provide additional clarification by responding directly to this message in Resolution Center in iTunes Connect.

But in fact,the app is just can only buy the "gold point" for fun , and cannot sell the currency of the game to real money in any ways.

After I read the 5.3 rules,I have no idea what can I do,so who someone can help me and let me know what should I do in next.

You can respond stating

"(T)he app is just .... for fun , and cannot sell the currency of the game to real money in any ways."

Alternatively:

"Dear App Review. The app does not involve real money gaming and therefore is legal in all countries and does not violate guideline 5.3.4. The app does not explicitly facilitate, enable, or encourage gambling activity. To the extent that it makes a gambling activity fun while not using real money, we do not see any violation of any guideline. Please advise us what guuideline you believe this app violates."

Your app offers real money gambling but does not meet all of our requirements for real money gaming apps described in App Store Review Guideline 5.3.4.

Specifically, your app faciliates sports betting and casino playing but does not meet the following requirement(s):

You have not provided documentation showing you have the required licensing and permissions to distribute your app in all the countries or regions you selected in App Store Connect.
Access to the app has not been restricted so it can only be used where you have the required license.

Next Steps

To resolve this issue, please take the following step(s):

Provide documentary evidence of the necessary licensing and permissions for all of the countries or regions where the app is available. The documentation you provide should indicate where you intend to distribute your app.
Revise your Availability setting in App Store Connect to only distribute your app in countries or regions where you have the required license. Additionally, implement geo-restrictions so that your app is only available in locations where the app is licensed.

Please note that your app will be removed from App Stores in countries or regions where you do not have the required license to distribute apps with real money gaming features. If you believe the license you provided for one country or region is valid in other countries or regions, you must provide documentation that supports this claim.

But, My app is not performing any online betting or not asking for money from users while using it. It is just for fun.
