TestFlight Unavailable, "you must be 13 years old"

Hello there, I can't access TestFlight

After downloading it, i got an error messages when i tried to go on the app

TestFlight Unavailable

To use TestFlight Beta Testing, you must be at least 13 years old

My apple ID is set at 1990

I tried rebooting my device, making a new account to see if that helps, uninstall and reinstall

Still, the app wouldn't let me sign in because "you must be 13 years old"

Any fixes?

I unfortunately do not have a fix, but I have the same problem with a beta tester of my app.

Did you find a solution by now, because I can't find any?

Still no fix, I’m disappointed in apple that this hasn’t been fixed in 3 years.
