When I want to modify the wallpaper on an iPhone 7, I get the Error Message
"Configurator could not perform the requested action because “iPhone” is not supervised by an existing organization. Import an organization with the identity for the device or click 'Prepare' to erase and supervise the device. All content and settings will be erased. This cannot be undone."
Although the device is supervised. When I click on prepare, Configuration: Manual, Do not enroll in MDM, Supervise devices, and then use my Organization and click "Prepare" at the end of the wizard, I get the same error after the device is finished.
What I tried to resolve the issue was:
- Create a new Organization using "Choose an existing supervision identity".
- I then chose the "iPhone Distribution" certificate that I previously downloaded from the developer portal after I made suer the iPhones UDID is in the portal.
--> Doesnt work, same error.
What does wotk though, is when I select "Generate a new supervision identity" while creating a new organization. When I prepare the device with that organization, it works.
