Install macOS package wirelessly

I'am truing to implement package install as described here https://help.apple.com/deployment/macos/#/ior5df10f73a in section 'Install content wirelessly'.

Sometimes Mac don't install my package. How can I find the reason? Is there debug logs for the process?

Some issues are reported with subsystem=com.apple.commerce


$ log show --predicate 'subsystem == "com.apple.commerce"'
