Since I enrolled in High Sierra beta testing, I have been unable to use Lightroom or Photoshop. My Creative Cloud subscription is paid and not expired but whenever I open Lightroom, the Lightroom icon (as well as another icon called PDApp) appear on my menu bar and I get an error message saying:
Lightroom will open with reduced functionality. Please go to Help -> 'Manage My Account' to purchase a membership to continue using Lightroom.
There are two bottoms "OK" and "Cancel". If I click Cancel, the same message keeps popping up every few seconds and I have to keep cancelling. The only way to stop it seems to restart the Mac. If I click OK, Lightroom does open but I still keep getting the message popping up every few seconds so have to restart the Mac again anyway.
I've tried logging out and back in and uninstalling and reinstalling both Lightroom and Creative Cloud. In the Adobe website it shows my subscription as active but in the Creative Cloud installer it says Trial Expired with a Buy Now button for Lightroom and there is a Start Trial button for Photoshop. I don't get the same message popping up with Photoshop as I do with Lightroom, but it seems to only open in a trial mode. But I use Lightroom a lot more than Photoshop so that is my main concern.
I have Creative Cloud 4.2.0.211 and High Sierra 10.13 (17A360a).
Anyone else had similar problems? Any suggestions on what I can try to fix it?
