Good day, I paid $99 on the 22nd of September, from Lagos Nigeria, for developers account. I saw a notification that says order may take 48 hours to complete. I am yet to receive a confirmation message and my account is still pending. What am I suppose to do? I need to publish my ios App as soon as possible.
