NO nudity for sticker packs?

Hi! My new stickers just got rejected and I wanna hear some opinion from developers (and artists) for the next step.

And this is message from revier:

"Please revise your sticker pack so that it does not offend users, create a negative experience, or violate the law."

And I checked rating 12+ (mild nudity)

My whole concept for this pack is to capture relaxing, free females so I included some half-naked girls like we do at home 🙂

So I guess any kind of nudity, like with no sexual intention, can be accepted for app store, am I right?

Or are they look just offensive or violating law?
