Can't create a new app

Hello

I'm trying to create new app - I've my own account, that has been granted access to company's developer account (so I can manage certificates, profiles, etc.) and I can manage everything at http://developer.apple.com, however whenever I go to iTunes Connect and click on the Apps I'm redirected to entire marketing spiel regarding enrolling into developers account scheme, which I'm already in.

How can I create a new app now?

Note that Member Center roles are not the same as iTunes Connect roles. Without the proper iTC role, you can't perform certain functions.

Note: It may not be enough just to be assigned a role via iTC - the Admin should also go to the Member Center and send you a ’team' invite.
