My phone doesn't ring, and I'm unable to make phonecalls!

Hello,

I'm on iOS 9 beta 3, but the issue was the same since beta 1: It's as if the phone has been forced into a Do Not Disturb mode, even though it is not, and it's not during the time scheduled for it to be in that mode. I'm unable to make phonecalls and when someone calls me, the phone doesn't ring; I just see their missed call after they hang up.

Sometimes, after restarting the phone, I'm able to call.

It sounds like it was Beta 1 that installed badly for you. In the absense of anyone else posting that they have the same issue, I'd suggest you reset the phone to factory settings and install Beta 1 from scratch.

I had a similar situation with iOS 9 beta 1. I found that my "Call Audio Routing" was set to Bluetooth that was the issue. I set it to "Automatic" and I could receive and make calls.
