Hi,


I would like the VAT numbers of the following affiliated companies to be invoiced:

1) Apple Inc. - 100 West 33rd St - USA - New York, NY 10001

2) iTunes K.K. - Roppongi Hills, 6-10-1 Roppongi - JAPAN - Minato-ku, Tokyo 106-6140

3) Apple Pty Ltd - PO Box A2629 - Sydney South NSW 1235
