Globally Disable App Transport Security?

Question

Is there anyway to globally disable App Transport Security in El Capitan? We are trying to do testing with Apple Configurator 2 beta 3, but since our MDM (JAMF's Casper Suite) does not yet support Apple's required security measures we can not connect to our MDM to enroll new devices. I'm sure JAMF is working on an update, but we need to start testing our workflow for deploying iOS 9 as soon as possible. Any suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated.Thanks.

The quick answer is that adding the following to your Info.plist will globally disable ATS&amp;lt;key&amp;gt;NSAppTransportSecurity&amp;lt;/key&amp;gt;     &amp;lt;dict&amp;gt;          &amp;lt;key&amp;gt;NSAllowsArbitraryLoads&amp;lt;/key&amp;gt;&amp;lt;true/&amp;gt;     &amp;lt;/dict&amp;gt;
