Hi there I am trying to upload my new version of my app to itunes with application loader.

Everything goes fine until it finishes uploading then i get an email saying there are missing icon files for sizes 76, 120 and 152 but they are definitely there and do not have alpha channels etc. I have used multiple types of png's to no avail.


I am using Xcode 8 and osx el capitan 10.11.6. Maybe i have to upgrade to sierra and xcode 9 but I really don't want to do this if it is not necessary!


Please help someone!

I am also facing a similar problem, has this issue been resolved? what did you do to solve it?


My error is shown below,

Missing required icon file. The bundle does not contain an app icon for iPhone / iPod Touch of exactly '120x120' pixels, in .png format for iOS versions >= 10.0.

Missing required icon file. The bundle does not contain an app icon for iPad of exactly '167x167' pixels, in .png format for iOS versions supporting iPad Pro.

Did you ever get this resolved? I'm having the same problem.

In all these instances, you have to do exactly what they told you to do, namely supply icons of the required sizes in the app.
