I'm not sure if this only happen on my device.
Every time i unlock my device, a pop-up show " A new iOS update is now available. Please update from the iOS 11 beta."
I had upgarded to iOS 11.2 beta 1 and my apple watch on watchOS 4.2 beta 1.

Try to delete the existing iOS Beta Software profile on your device and re-install it again. This issue went away after I did that.
I tried but it still happened. It did seem that after reboot it would stop for a while
I tried that also and the issue continues. After a reboot it does seem to take a little longer to start popping up again.
I am also getting this pop up. I reinstalled the Beta profile and it stopped overnight but has come back again the next day. Considering a wipe and recovery from backup but suspect that may just inhereit the issue. May need to wait for next beta to fix?

Well I uninstalled the profile. Did not reboot, installed the profile again and rebooted. Haven't seen it since.
Did the same here Uninstall, reInstall and ReBoot - so far all good, no more popups
Not working for my device.
Uninstall beta profile, then reinstall again. After few hours, pop-up again.
Same for me, assuming at this stage we will have to wait until the next beta or uninstall.
I have the popups back again. Same build number as the current download for restore. Just going to wait and see if another beta build will resolve it.
It is also helped me out of the popup. Tracking for the next few days and reporting again.

This is supper annoying. It is an issue on all of phones and iPad. Any news?
For those on any iPhone Plus' (6 Plus, 6S Plus, 7 Plus, 8 Plus) I saw someone mention changing from Standard to Zoomed and back ( or other way around if you are already Zoomed) does work.
For everyone else, the remove profile re-add profile works, so long as you restart after both changes (so remove, restart, add, restart), only the restart when adding is automatic, so you will need to restart before you re-add the profile.
Lastly, the 11.2 beta 2 came out today and I have not seen the issue come back. I believe the real issue was that Apple released the 11.2 beta before publicly releasing 11.1, which I believe confused the system behind that popup. (I have seen this happen before a few year ago, with the same reason as to why it happened).
