Hi all,


I need some help to overcome a problem, I have with testing my app using TestFlight with external users. My app has a Apple Watch app.

My latest beta version got the app review approval and was released for external testing using TestFlight. I have three external TestFlight testers.

All three are having the issue, that TestFlight is showing the issue "Incompatible with Apple Watch". The app on the iPhone will be installed and can be used, but the installation of the Watch app is not possible.


I checked all my provisioning profiles and did not find any issues. I contacted the app review team, but did not receive any help.

XCode version 9.0.1


Can somebody help me out here?

I have the same issue with betas distribued with Testflight.

The Watch app installs and works fine if I use Xcode to test the app on my direct connected iPhone.


Xcode 8.3.3 here.

Short update: I contacted the iTunesConnect team by mail, so far no answer.
