pw app not working on ios 11

Summary: Since moving to IOS 11, I am unable to use the password manager app titled 'PW' (with a vault-like symbol). Unable to find contact details of the developer and also unable to retrieve the app back-up file from my Mac.


Steps to Reproduce: Click on 'PW' app on iPhone.


Expected Results: App should open as normal and after entering credentials, should open all stored passwords.


Actual Results: Message appears "PW@ Needs to be updated - This app needs ot be updated by the developer to work on this version of iOS." with options of 'Keep' or 'Delete'.


Any help would be much appreciated!
