My apple id has a previous pending iOS Development certificate with status "Not in Keychain".

Have no option to delete (delete is inactive).

When I trying to create another I am getting this error "You already have a current iOS Development certificate or a pending certificate request.".

What is the status of your Developer Program account? New/recent? Renewed recently? ...?
