i am unable to download the ios 9 beta profile from my iphone, when i am pressing on the download profile button there is no action to proceed further

When i go to beta/apple.com/profile.. it says , SORRY, SOMETHING HAVE GONE WRONG.

Hi, could be that you have opened the page beta. apple.com/profile in another browser instead of in Safari. Open the page in Safari and follow the on-screen instructions then it should be fine. Had the same issue here.
I have the same problem and I have solved it this morning. Go to settings, tap safari then tap block cookies, lastly tap always allow for it to proceed with the download. Hope this helps you download your profile for ios 9 beta version.
