Each time I update iOS 11.2 to a new beta revision, most of the devices in the Home app go to a "No Response" mode.
Current setup: I have a Phillips Hue bridge with 10 lights and a motion sendor, a Lutron Caseta Wireless bridge with 3 dimmers and 2 switches, a Schlage Sense deadbolt, an Ecobee3 thermostat and a Hunter Simpleconnect Fan.
In my home, I have two 4th gen apple TV's on tvOS 11.2 and one 4th gen iPad mini on iOS 11.2. All have been kept on the same beta revision and all are homekit connected hubs. When I update beta on my iPhone, the Ecobee3 and all the devices connected via Phillips Hue and Lutron Caseta Wireless hubs turn "No Response" in the home app. Only the schlage lock and hunter fan remain functional.
I have tried:
* restarting the hubs/bridges
* restarting my iPhone
* updating my iPad mini and Apple TV's to the same beta revision
* disconnecting my iPad and aTV's from homekit
None of this worked.
I also tried removing the hubs and re-adding them. While I can add them, the devices are immediately "No response", even during the Add a Device wizard in the home app.
The only solution I have found is to delete the entire home and add everything again from scratch. This works fine, but when I upgraded from 11.2b2 to b3, it happened all over again. This time I re-added the home after updating my iPhone but before updating my iPad. Once home was working, I updated my iPad to b3, and again all devices went to "No Response" except the lock and fan.
I understand the risks involved in beta software, so I'm not complaining, but wanted to report this as I hope it is behavior that doesnt carry over to the GM. Anyone else experiencing this? Found any other solutions?
