When you make one app that serves as a template for multiples, you're at risk of 4.2.6, regardless if the first one is native or not. Sounds like you were dinged over cloning.
Why do you think they've been rejected? Did you use a template or generated app design/UI/skin/theme...? How many apps were rejected?
yes, cloning was the problem, i used thecsame code base, i know. By redesigning sone app screenscwould it be enough?
Who knows how far you would have to go to avoid rejection. Might not be enough to make look/feel unique for each one if they all still have the same guts.
I think app review wants to see outright different, not same-only-different that simply serves to crap flood the store.
Simple solution: Learn to develop your own app, best using the native frameworks Apple provides. Alternatively, hire an experienced developer to develop your app and you're fine.
