hey guys does anyone know if it’s allowable for me to just download the “download in the AppStore” badge and use it on my personal website along with download links for my apps? What I want to do is get the download links and put them on my website and use the badge. I read through the guidelines but I was somewhat confused. It said something about needing Apple approval, but i read that as only for TV commercials. Thanks in advance.

I did but I know all of it doesn't apply to what I was doing and just wanted to make sure that I wasn't reading to much into it. So, I am just going to make a space on my webpage and post download links and have the badge somewhere in the section. Thanks
Read the guidelines on badge usage and legal, then follow them. You don't want someone from Apple Legal checking your site and sending you an email...
