Last Thursday, I replied to a review but it still does not show in the App Store. I see the review, but no response. iTunes Connect shows the response but I don't see it in the store. I cannot tell if the reviewer received it either.
I haven't responded to a review before. Is this normal? It is Wednesday today, six days later.
No, six days is not normal. If you're looking at the reviews on a device, it has to be running iOS 10.3 or later. If you ARE running iOS 10.3 or later then Apple might not have liked something in your response.
If it was rejected, Apple's T&A says they should be emailing me. I'll contact them.
The app review when viewed from Safari shows the review with no response. I was using iOS 11 to view it in the App Store app. Today though, the app is no longer showing the review at all. It's showing random reviews from three years ago instead.
