App Discoverability in App Store Issue

Hi All. We have an app called Aloe.ai that is new to the app store. Users are trying to find us by searching on Aloe.ai and are unable. There are plenty of instances of Aloe.ai in our app listing (Apple ID 1296355991), but that does not help. If you search on Aloe, you do find our app eventually. Any ideas what is causing the App Store search index to not include “aloe.ai” ?
