iOS 9 Public Beta 1 doesn't install

I wasn't able to get it to install after repeated reboots (6 Plus with 40+ GB free space). What worked for me was deleting the bets provisioning profile, and rebooting. The install occurred successfully during the boot process.

On an iPhone 6, the iOs 9 beta software configuration profile install completes and the phone restarts, but in software update it says the phone is up to date with 8.4 and iOS 9 update is not an option. Has the iOS 9 public beta closed? I have tried many times at various tmes of day.

In my phone when I hit download profile Suddenly an error page appears Which says internal server error In root@localhost ,.... But I can instal profile for iOS 8.4 beta below same page. Any comment? Thank you
