After I installed iOS 9 beta, I cant sign in to my iCloud even if I was connected to a WiFi network. I skipped this step after several tries. I tried using my Iphone as I normally would, there are notifications for Messenger and Viber but if i open the apps, they don't sync. Tried using my data instead but still doesn't work. Google chrome says Unable to connect to the internet and iphone settings says unable to connect to server. Please help.

i have this too and my iPad is now almost totally useless, the only things that do work are safari and app store, loads of apps keep crashing and I can't use bbc iplayer, YouTube or Spotif, it's really bad at the moment, there are options:
we could go onto a computer and restore back to ios8.4 this is long and complicated there are instructions elsewhere
or wait, it's only come out recently and is still being improved eventually it will be ok, hopefully all fixed by Septembe, it's official release date, hope this helps

I've moved your thread to Pre-Release > iOS 9 beta because this is more of a user-level question about the beta than a code-level question about networking.
I don't know what's happen in your specific situation but my experience from previous beta releases is that Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings cures a remarkable array of network problems.

if have programes like hotspot or surfeasy vpn try to remove to from your phone it worked for me
