I am gertting this message when I am about to subscribe Mr X after doing Me Y. Why am I getting this ? One user can purchase or subscribe multiple channel . So, why I am seeing this and what can I do to get rid of it?

Now when I am doing 2nd subscribtion, I am getting mssage like "Do you want to purchase Mr X channel for 1 month at 220"? Your upgrade will start now . You will recieve a refund for remaining time of 1-month subscribe Mr Y Subscribtion.""
Why is this happening? I succesfully subscribe Mr Y before. Next time when I am about to subscribe Mr X , I am getting that message. But it should be You are purchaing M x ...sometimng like that when I was purchasing Mr X.
