SKProductStorePromotionController visibility methods not working

Hi,

I'm updating my in app purchase promotion visibility by calling the update function of the controller - It seems to complete succesfully (no error is returned) but all purchases appear to be promoted to all clients. Does the visibility update method of SKProductStorePromotionController work for anyone? Did you have to do anything special to enable it?

I am having the same issue as you and just posted about it as well but figured you'd like to know that others are experiencing it too. I even went so far as to put logging to verify everything in production, I can see that it was successfully updated to `.hide` but still showing in the app store. Going to file a radar.
