Safari with El Capitan, Hickups and Paypal not working

I noticed since installing El Capitan that Safari shows some hickups when entering a website. Its like this:

1. Input a webaddress in the address field.

2. Safari will show some letters and than there is like 2 to 3 seconds nothing happening

3. Safari will complete the typed address and show the corresponding google results.

In addition I noticed that Paypal is not working anymore. Safari will show the website. But I cant login. Instead the circle of death comes up spinning and spinning....

Anyone else having this symptoms ??

Michael

And: I tried this with Firefox on the same system. No problem at all with Firefox (no hickups and no problem with Paypal). BTW, I deinstalled all Safari plugins. That did not change a thing.

I've had the exact same experiance.

Same here. Cannot pay with paypal in Safari on El Capitan. Paypal login page keeps on loading forever.

With Chrome Paypal works smoothly.

Also, you can not delete a specific websites cookies/website data. It only says remove all only.

I was having the same trouble, but then found out it was Silverlight causing the issue. If you remove the Silverlight plug-in (/Library/Internet Plug-ins) and restart Safari, PayPal will work and you should be able to login.
