In 2015 I opened an Apple Developer Program Account and on my Tax Info i just entered Philippines as my citizenship since I live here. Because of my excitement I just proceeded without finding out what to do if I am Dual Citizen on which to choose or can I choose both country. I cannot even choose both country so I am so confused and just selected Philippines.
Also so far I have not received any payments from Apple yet since I believe I did not reached the threshold yet.
So here I am now in 2017, just recently renewed my account and I have no way to edit my Tax Info. What to do now?
Would really appreciate any help.
