My app got rejected after being in review for some time. Since I disagree with the reason it got rejected I sent an appeal through the "Submit an appeal to the App Review Board.", button in the resolution center. After sending the appeal the page says I will get a reply within 24 hours. It has now been 3 days and I still haven't heard anything. Do I have to submit the rejected binary for the appeal to be sent? Or do I just have to wait even though I haven't received a confirmation email about the appeal, and the fact that it has gone more than 24 hours?
