My friend made an app with enterprise Account. Now because of Business reason, he need to transfer his app to new Enterprise Account. I heard that an app in appstore is easy to transfer with itunes, but i found that there were no clear answer about Enterprise Account app. I hope somebody help us.

With an Enterprise app, an app 'transfer' would be more along the lines of a manual handoff of the project, just between those two businesses. Might actually be easier than the process involving store accounts.
The project would be bundled up by the first company, and sent to the next company, where it would be built and signed by that company's devs using their company's signing credentials.

If you need the bundle ID to stay the same, I would reach out to iTunes Connect https://itunesconnect.apple.com to see if they can complete the transfer for you. iTunes Connect is the group the manages bundle ID transfers. If you aren't able to login, the following number may help.

If the bundle ID doens't need to be the same, you can distribute the application with a new bundle ID without having iTC transfer it.
