Invitation to TestFlight for external tester

Hello,


I just have a little question about Invitation to TestFlight for external beta tester.


I have an app that has been approved for beta testing recently, and now i would like to invite my external tester to download it through TestFlight.


My external tester list is already filled but when I clicked the Send Invitation button none of my external tester receive the invitation.


Could you help me? Must I do something else to Send invitation to external tester? (Actually only internal tester received the invitation)

Exact same problem for our team. Not one of our exernal testers are getting the invitation email.

Exact same problem here and have had it for weeks.


Existing users get push notifications on their TestFlight app and can update the app, but new testers cannot join as they don't receive the invite email... 😟

Additionnal information:


I also test to remove all external tester and then re-add them, it doesnt work:(


Most weird thing: in the ituneconnect panel the status of external test of this build is "Active" and the expiration counter has started, it shows the test will exprires in 29 days !

Same here. What gives? I think Apple needs a new ESP.


Give us the link generator or something so that we can at least manually send out invitations to our external testers.

Same! Hundreds of our testers aren't even getting an invite. How are we supposed to rely on Testflight?

having the same issue here. none of my invites went out today. it only works if i manually invite them one by one. the folks i invited with a csv file didn't get anything!

The forums are for developers to talk to other developers. There are other, better, ways to contact Apple.
